Customers choosing Bank Transfer are required to complete payment according to the instructions provided during checkout.

Orders paid via Bank Transfer will only be processed after successful payment verification.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Customers selecting COD agree to:

9. Shipping & Delivery

NexaStore.pk currently delivers orders across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners, including PostEx, Leopards Courier, and M&P Express.

  • Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and/or payment verification (where applicable).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your city, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operations.
  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid contact number.
  • NexaStore.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

10. Returns & Refunds
