At NexaStore.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible branded products from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (Order Number or Invoice) is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Your claim must include:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A complete unboxing video showing the parcel before opening and the issue after opening. This video is required as proof that the parcel or product was received in the reported condition.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

3. Exchange Policy

If your return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the product will be replaced or exchanged.

Cash refunds will not be provided for approved damage or defect claims if a replacement product is available.

4. Product Availability

If the replacement product is temporarily out of stock, you may be asked to wait until it becomes available again.

If the product is permanently unavailable and cannot be restocked, you may choose to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in situations where:

  • A replacement product is permanently unavailable.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • A refund is approved by NexaStore.pk after review.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
  • The damage is caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • The return request is made after the applicable return period.
  • The required proof (including the unboxing video for damage claims) is not provided.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when:

  • You receive the wrong product, or
  • You receive a damaged or defective product and the claim is approved.

8. Return Shipping Charges

If a return or exchange request is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to NexaStore.pk, unless otherwise agreed by our support team.

Customers must securely pack the product before shipping it back. NexaStore.pk is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment.

Return shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

9. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within the applicable return period.
  2. Provide your Order Number.
  3. Explain the issue in detail.
  4. Share the required photos and complete unboxing video (for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items).
  5. Wait for our team to review your request and provide further instructions.

Please do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.

10. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected by our quality team before a return, exchange, or refund request is approved.

NexaStore.pk reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
